First off, I am really sorry, as I am sure this type of thing has been asked many times, but here goes my questions...

We are 4 in our family dh35, me 35, ds8, dd5, and traveling with another family with children about the same ages. I would love your thoughts on going to our own beach in St. THomas, this would really be to relax in chairs, and let the kiddos play. I tried to search for beaches, as I am certain I saw something with water trapolines, or something like that.

All in all, we are looking to do this on our own, with just some beach fun time for the little ones.

THanks a bunch, for any help at all.

p.s. Can not get this timer thing going (dopey)
So hear goes my version

Depomas, we're going in Jan. on the eastern. Same family size as you dh37 me36 ds8 and ds5. I found some great information at cruisecritic.com If you go to the boards or chat room (I can't remember) and scroll down you'll find port info.
Hope this helps!

We were on the May 1st eastern this year and did Coki beach. We loved it. It work very well for us since it had a variaty of activities. In our group we had 2 sets of parnets a dd 8, dd 4, ds 6. The kids and the wives relaxed on the beach and played in the water, while the husbands did a scuba dive. Then after the dive my friend and his duaghter (dd 8) did a junior scuba course for her. They take them to only about 5-6 feet deep, but they wear full scuba gear. She loved it!!!

They also have a place to rent jet skies if that interests you and of course Coral World is right there also. All in all coki beach had something for everyone. We loved it!!
