I'm here now (having Wi-Fi at DL is great!) and so far crowds haven't been too bad. Not as light as last weekend, but then I didn't expect them to be.

I was one of the first in the park, second on Peter Pan. Also, when I got to Pirates around 9:20, I learned that it had been closed all day. I chatted with the CMs and decided to wait around for a bit. I'm glad I did because when it opened, I was the first in/on the ride. That's a first for me on Pirates .

That pic was actually taken from Dumbo. It's something of a tradition for me to take one from there and send it to my mom .

To clarify, those were taken shortly after park opened. It soon got much busier than what's seen in the pics (except for the river ones above).

We were there on Saturday from 7-10:30 am and found the crowds to be the same as you described. By the time 10:30 am came around, it suddenly seemed like half of So Cal showed up all of a sudden!

Some people I know were there last weekend. Wait times got up to five hours at one point. However, I see that it's now a mere two hours. Fast Pass it as early as possible seems like the best idea. Good luck!

Just in certain spots. The best place Ive found for it is the outside dining area at Pizza Port. Definitely doesn't work (yet?) throughout the park.
