A Few Negatives on My First Trip To DLRP

No 'dodgy sideshows' (ala Blackpool!)

Or even Alton Towers. I love the fact that Disney doesn't do that sort of thing in their parks! :snooty: :teeth:

Many thanks for your positive points - and your negative ones too. It's been very interesting reading. :thumbsup2

Normally, a fruit salad should also be included in the Cheyenne breakfast; we had it at the Santa Fe.

Three weeks ago there was no fruit salad at the Santa Fe breakfast. And also I couldn't find honey which I did eat at the GMFB.

I hope to post (part of ?) my tripreport before this weekend.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I am so glad you enjoyed your trip! :goodvibes

Anke, looking forward to reading about your trip. :)

No more fruit salad??? Good that I know this, so I make a priority out of getting GMF breakfasts on each day for my future Disney-trips!!!!
I'm not a real fruit lover, but I need my fruit salad when at DLP!

The Explorers hotel might be one to avoid for you then, they serve fruit cocktail rather then real fruit

I don't realy get teh waste of time thing. We try to book it, because then we are sure we will get up at a decent hour, we get to take great pictures on Main Street and with the castle, and you can go on some Fantasyland rides before the park opens...
One has to eat breakfast anways, and I always find it more relaxing at the park compared to the hotel (for GMF, once the people are there, no other people will be added, at the hotel, it's a constant come-and-go, I thought it was very hectic)

No fruit salad on our stay at Cheyenne :(

It really wasn't worth the extra effort and trek just for breakfast.
The parks were opened to all by the time we finished our breakfast anyway and it was a LOT more hectic and peope were less curteous than the 'Cheyenne breakfast rush'.

I loved eating the breakfast in the Cheyene restruant / cafe. Its nice keeping in theme for breakfast.

Plus the fact we allways got up stupidly early and were the first ones there some days :rotfl2:
