A few more ADH questions

I am trying to start making some of the things for the reception, and i just want to clarify: I can not make/bring my own centerpieces, I must get them through Disney, but I can make/bring my own favors, table numbers, place cards, menus, etc.? And how many items will Disney set out for you per person? Three? Would they set out my favors, menus, and the table numbers, and then the place cards on a table near the entrance? Does Disney provide stands for the table numbers? If so does anyone have a picture of what they look like? Also, since ADH is buffet only, I don't know if doing a menu would be weird, but I really like how they look in the napkins, any other ideas of what I could put in there, maybe a thank you card of something?

Also, (sorry so many questions), I know I asked this before but I can't find the thread, does anyone have pictures of their cocktail hour at ADH? I really wanted to do the cocktail hour somewhere else, and we still might, but due to the F&B minimum at ADH it makes a lot more sense to have it there. Thanks for any help.

As for your centerpieces, I'm not sure. I think it was different back in the day when I got married. I had an outside florist bring in my centerpieces, but I think the rules are different now.

As for the table numbers - yes they provide stands for you. I don't have a close up picture but I'm sure you can get an idea from this pic:

I had menu cards, I did 2 per table. I think it's nice for people to know what they're getting so that they take less time at the buffet. It's also just nice to read something. Not a bad idea and I don't think it matters that it's a buffet. IMO.

Here's a pic from the cocktail hour upstairs of ADH. I wasn't there since I was waiting for my grand entrance but everyone liked it. I love that it's all in one place.. makes it simple, easy and the lighting at ADH is so great that you get the ambience from the beginning.

Yes, they do provide a table on the outside foyer of ADH for your seating cards. Here are mine. I don't have a pic of the table from afar. Sorry.. but yes, you get a table You can talk to your planner about where to put this at your planning session.
