I am trying to start making some of the things for the reception, and i just want to clarify: I can not make/bring my own centerpieces, I must get them through Disney, but I can make/bring my own favors, table numbers, place cards, menus, etc.? And how many items will Disney set out for you per person? Three? Would they set out my favors, menus, and the table numbers, and then the place cards on a table near the entrance? Does Disney provide stands for the table numbers? If so does anyone have a picture of what they look like? Also, since ADH is buffet only, I don't know if doing a menu would be weird, but I really like how they look in the napkins, any other ideas of what I could put in there, maybe a thank you card of something?
Also, (sorry so many questions), I know I asked this before but I can't find the thread, does anyone have pictures of their cocktail hour at ADH? I really wanted to do the cocktail hour somewhere else, and we still might, but due to the F&B minimum at ADH it makes a lot more sense to have it there. Thanks for any help.
