A few last minute questions - Please help :-)

Hi,

Heading on the Fantasy tomorrow, I have a few last minute Qs

1/ Is there anywhere to stop, for a quick coffee break somewhere between WDW and Port Canaveral? My baby daughter doesn't like car journeys of over about 30 mins, and goes nuts if we don't stop off. Any suggestions.

2/ Whats the best way to drop off Wife and daughter (in stroller) at port with luggage then drop car off at car rental location? Can they get inside the terminal, or do you have to wait for all of travelling party? Any time restrictions?

1. Not much. If you take the 528 from WDW you could exit at the Airport where there are any number of restaurants. But that would make your drive 2 segments of 20-25 minutes and 40-45 minutes. From the airport to Port Canaveral is pretty desolate.

2. You can drop them and the luggage at the terminal and then return the rental. They can wait inside the terminal for you to return.

1. The most direct route you take would be 538 and there really wasn't a whole lot right off of that. There are a few gas station type areas along the way.

2. You should check with the rental car place and see if they have shuttle service. Most, if not all, do. They are all around the port area but not too many within walking distance of the port. The normal process is to take the car to the rental place and they will shuttle you to the port.
