We are going on Tuesday, flying to Paris, is the shuttle outside the airport? how much is it roughly per person?

Has anyone stayed at the Cheyene? the kids are so looking forward to it.

We have a 17mth old who still has formula, will they supply a kettle if we ask?

We are going half board what 7 restaurants can we eat at, anyone know? its the standard half board.

There is a shopping centre near by aparently, anyone been there? any good? how did you get there?

Thanks in advance:cheer2:

The Cheyenne is WONDERFUL!! I like it better than Sequoia Lodge. I took DlpSteve's advice and am glad that I did; I've stayed there a few times now. The theming is carried through into the guest rooms, walkways, etc. The kids will love it!

There are a few small shops at the train station if you want to stock up (when you exit the park turn left)

Otherwise the big shopping centre is at Val d'Europe. Take the RER direction Paris one stop (about 2,40 euros) to the next station; exit the station and turn right. Walk one block to the shopping centre. There is an Auchan hypermarket, as well as two locations of the excellent patisserie Paul, and an outlet mall behind the shopping centre.

I'll dig out some Cheyenne photos for you in a minute!

there should be a kettle in the room - if not, just ask!

check the stickies for more info on the VEA shuttle and prices. And I did a loo check last year for this board - no loos on the VEA!

Thanks:-)

So the shuttle to the shopping centre you can get from Disney or do you have to go outside of disney?

The pics are fab, thank you:goodvibes

you CAN take a shuttle straight from the hotel, or the train.

Thank you so much, very helpful.

Dazz if you see a bright green double buggy and a very stressed man & woman with 3 young kids then give us a wave:woohoo:

Have a fab time:)

You've some really nice pictures of the Cheyenne there Bavaria.

I always find it's difficult to describe what it's like - the word hotel doesn't conjure up the right image but those photos have captured it a treat. :thumbsup2

I didn't think the rooms had kettles at the Cheyenne, ours didn't
I thought you had to hire them.

When I've stayed there too there were no kettles in the room either. I think you have to hire them.

I must have been lucky - I had a kettle.

I did hire a hair dryer (finally bought a good one at Monoprix my first week in France as I have long hair and the puff of air in my Paris hotel didn't do the trick)

I do bring a heating coil, so it was nice to have a kettle at the Cheyenne.

I like those pics as they make the town look like a ghost town!!! Off to post one more that I have - the view from my window

My room overlooked this area of the hotel.

I really liked this type of view facing the river. Can anyone describe the view on the 'opposite' side of the street - does it overlook the road, and is there any noise of the bus? I'd like to get this type of room again...

Not a very good photo I'm afraid, but here is the view from our window last March, we were in Doc Holliday and looked out onto the road I think.

Thanks for posting that - did you have any noise from the outside in that room? My room overlooking the native village was VERY quiet

Well, I certainly don't remember any noise, but then again we were probably so shattered after all the activities in the day time, that we probably would have slept through anything

oh I hear you! I stayed over a weekend at the Cheyenne; as you can see by my photos it was very deserted during the day. The main area was crowded in the evening and during breakfast, but I only every saw one other guest in my building the entire time I was there!!!

Wow, like the wigwams! :)

*Adds another note to must-do list*

Have to have a wander over to the Cheyenne. Are the kids allowed to play in them?
