Just got back Monday night from our last minute trip to WDW. 
OMG - it was hot hot hot - it's been ages since we were there in the Summer, but I enjoyed every sweaty minute of the trip
During the trip we had NOT 1 but 2 magical moments, it was amazing !
On Sunday morning we went to the Hollywood Studios - first stop was to get Fast Passes for Toy Story Mania. I could not believe how long the line was for the fast passes. We were well past the Animation building
Our fast passes were for 1:15 and we got there about 30 minutes past that. We were in the fast pass queue and just as we got to the stairs... a Cast member said " It's your lucky Day" - she opened a gate and we went up a different staircase that took us right down to a waiting ride vehicle
We're thinking - WOW it can't get any better then this - right?
Wrong...
On Monday we decided to go to Epcot instead of Downtown Disney. We went over to the Land expecting a huge wait time for Soarin. The wait time was only 30 minutes, so we got a couple of fast passes for later in the day and got into the queue. We had gotten up to the desk where you're directed to either Concourse 1 or 2 ( and then see that other long line ). As we approached, a Cast Member asked how many were in our party - we said 2 - she said follow me. She took us out of the line and we walked to the front where she handed us off to another cast member - who walked us to "Gate B - row 1" & we went right onto the ride.
Later that afternoon, when our Fast Passes were valid, we went back over to the Land - we waited for a while and saw a mother with her daugher on their way to get into the queue - the wait was 75 minutes by then.
We gave them the Fast Passes
