you could be setting yourself up for a big letdown if you go by what others don't like. What room one person doesn't like there are some that do like it.
The only things we won't accept is a handicap room and smoking

MiaSRN62....when we had the villa overlooking the pool...if you stand in front of Community Hall, facing the quiet pool, we were on the top floor of the section to your immediate right, facing the S/D, about 3 villas from the canal end of the hall.

Ok...got ya Goofy4tink...thanks. Nice location. I know for next time, I'm requesting "pool view" if I have a preferred view to avoid the dreaded valet parking lot view.
If you look at the BWV map, we were in the yellow shaded area at the very bottom of the map, facing the parking lot (near the very end of that hallway). They consider that preferred if you're towards the end (further from the elevators). In board discussions, I have discovered that had we been further up the hall---closer to the elevators---then those rooms were considered standard. Not sure what the distinction between the rooms on that side of the hall have though to make some preferred and some standard ? I think they all face the valet parking lot ?

Back in October last year we had a lovely room with a view of the canal, the Swan/Dolphin and overlooking the croquet lawn.

We could EE and ToT off on the distance as well.

Is EE= Expedition Everest? Or do you mean SE=Spaceship Earth? We have never been able to see parts of AK from BW, but maybe we are missing something.
