A Different Question about Frozen Ever After & Anna/Elsa M&G

It just occurred to me that this ride may be themed after the short and not the original movie? This could also mean that the M&G could have the girls in those other/newer costumes. Does anyone know anything about this?

I've heard rumors (suppositions?) that the sisters would be in different outfits. I guess we really won't know that for sure until it opens though.

We go in July for my 40th and I'd like to theme my daughters' dresses to match the M&G costumes.
First world problems! Lol

I would love for them to be in their outfits from the short. I like those outfits so much more than the ones from the movie!

The girls are going to be in their Sommerhaus ... which would indicate not their winter clothes.

Talking to MK Fantasyland CM we know and they said they have been told the plan is more this ... which I would love!

Of course with all things WDW, subject to change.

So the dresses above. Makes sense to me given the location theme.

I'd be amazing if they are going with the dresses from the short, they're amazing and it will be nice to see a change in the look of these characters! Let's keep our fingers crossed!

In the first picture it's the original costume. I suppose it could be both for the ride and possibly summer costume for Epcot & original for MK. I really wish they were at Akershus.
