A day in the life a a spoiled 8 year old! (pics)

My Dh says the kids are spoiled. Define spoiled. LOL. Yes, they get waaaay more than we did as kids, but isn't that what parents are supposed to do? Give their kids a better life than they had?

Today, my DD turned 8 years old. She asked to have breakfast in bed. She made me breakfast in bed for mother's day, so I guess she thought it would be nice. Here are some pics:

Her breakfast include a hard boiled egg, chocolate cookie crisp cereal, sausage and OJ. She loved it!

My kids are not spoiled, no they are not! LOL

I just found a couple of those same cups that DH and I brought back from WDW last time. I totally forgot we had them!

ETA: Our cups are from milkshakes at Pinnochio's.

You're a great Mommy who likes to go above and beyond the call of duty !! I'm a firm believer in 'what goes around comes around' ! They are only little once and deserve lots of TLC!!!!

See my little soldier boy below? Well, actually he's not so little any more ! Matter of fact he is 35yo and he and DIL just had their first born . DH and I flew to Colorado in May to vist and help out when baby Orion arrived. Guess what? Nana surprised DS and DIL with breakfast in bed one morn!! They were soooo surprised and seemed to really appreciate the gesture. They each gave me a big ((hug))!! None of our kids are ever too old for a little TLC!!
