A Day in Paradise...

Paradiso 37 located by the ramp of the boat from SSR/THV adjacent to Harley Davidson Shop up the hill fror Raglan road

I have been reading about it from different bulletin boards and finally had to check it out... I did this on a Solo Note... thinking that my friends who were at the Parks will not take any part in sampling flavored(with alcohol ) drinks... I got one of the high chairs/table overlooking the water and also the balloon ride/Flight of Wonders... they also have patio sitting which was also perfect that day(June 9, 2009)...

By the time I place my 1st order all I can hear from behind me was "mmm... mmm... mmm... aaaahhh" I had to look back and ask this lady what is she having I want some of those too it was the shrimp scheviche(sp) .. she was nice enough to offered a couple.. and I tried it it was delish.. I was not able to take pictures since we (yes we end up having our tables combined together LOL ... at this point I met a neighbor (she is from SSR).. by the time my order came... she look at it and I offered her some it was the crab/shrimp fritters... we are now on our 2nd drink... here comes another lady who got placed a the end of our 3 table line... well guess what she is a DISER!!! NanSnicker!!! Her DH was busy in a convention and she decided to trek DTD!!! She ordered the shrimp salad ( I eavesdrop) and ice tea, she seemed to be satisfied with her order... after another drink.. neighbor left and so is Nansnicker.. me?? I was busy BS'ing with Anthony the best server in town.. the store manager the head bar tender and the owner
I expressed to them how I am enjoying all the appetizer I had gotten and the drinks that I have tasted and wished that I have room to sample more... Well... Allan from the bar came out with 4 3oz shot glasses and had 4 different drinks.. complimentary of the head bar tender... looked at the time!!! And well since klofan is still hanging out with his grandparents why now.. so I ordered more of the nachos and guacamole and sat there to my hearts delight... as you can see the last part of this report have no more pictures.. well... I did try to take some pictures.. but please.. dont ask anymore... So here's to a few of the decent pictures... after this happy event Klofan finally came and off we went to see UP!!!

tha mangled margarita and next to it was a half full frozen sangria.. and well the paradiso 37 margarita came 1st and was gone... and please dont even ask to what happend to the white sangria

This restaurant looks awesome, but I was wondering if you can just go there for drinks and appies.

Reb!!! well I love it... so the peeps with mixed emotions.. I am sorry they had mixed feelings about it... But I think it will be a great hang out , get chatty enjoy your drink type of place... Dont speak regular meal like stew and stuff type of atmosphere... it is more geared to being a bar so you will get bar/easy to pick with your finger food... The margarita at mexcio is what $8.25 or 8.50(???) at paradiso it's 8.51

you can defly just got for drink and appies.. or "if you are waiting for someone killing time while waiting" trip .... for me I can treat it like Starbucks in a borders.. you go in you get your coffee you sit and read a book... at paradiso.. on a nice day I cam get a frozen Sangria.. sit outside and soaked in the view and time...


and about the white sangria... welll it was the 1st drink that I ordered... well.. I was coming from the outside where it was very very very hot you know... by the time I held that glass... well before I remember that I need to take a picture.. all was life was the pieces of lime. apple and berries at the bottom

Margaritas in Mexico are $9.00 and worth every Penny...well.. Disney-penny anyways It sounds great! Thanks for reviewing it for us!

btw, we'll definitely have to get our drinking suits on for this one... sounds right up my alley!

Make sure you save those pennies in October!!! I might skipping Jellyrolls for Paradiso!!!
