Do you work into your daily "diet" a daily treat?

I am finding that by doing this it has been much easier to keep on track. I allow myself 4 Hershey Kisses (102 cals.) each night. I am not temepted to "cheat" or eat more then this (like I thought I would be). I am hoping that by allowing this controlled/limited amount each day that I will not over induldge.

Yes!
I'm all about Jello Fat Free Pudding :)

Strawberries and whipped cream made with splenda or some sugar free chocolate.....and what I love about it is that these aren't "cheats" at all! As long as my carbs are in line and there's no sugar I'm great!

Most definitely, it is the only way I can make a lifestyle change. I need my sweet treats. Lately I have been enjoying Healthy Choice chocolate chocolate chip ice cream, on WW it is only 2 points for a half cup serving. Also no-fat chocolate pudding for 2 points and the ocassional cookie (Girl Scout Thin Mints have a point a piece). I could never be successful if I didn't allow for a treat.

Most definitely. I have had more ice cream since being on a diet than I would have eaten before. Every night I have a Klondike low fat ice cream sandwhich. Treats help to keep me on track and not feel like Im giving up everything good to diet.

Having a low-point treat each day is making it easy for me to stick to my Weight Watchers diet! Usually it's a low-fat ice cream sandwich, either Weight Watchers brand, or Klondike, or Skinny Cow, OR a fat free chocolate pudding with Lite Cool Whip :)

I eat an ounce of macadamia nuts and I also have sugar free jello with whipped heavy cream topping, very yummy.

i don't really have a daily treat, but i don't refuse myself most things either. i just make sure everything is accounted for in my calories and fat for the day.

i do eat out once/week. eventhough i try to eat heathfully, that is a big treat for me. :)

I love sweets, especially chocolate in the evening. What I do is have a small bowl of cereal, usually, Coco Puffs. They are wonderfully chocolatey and I don't feel deprived. Last night I realized that instead of wanting something sweet, I was actually thirsty, I drank 2 8 oz. glasses of water instead of having something sweet and found myself satisfied.

Anyway, this is a long way from the pint of butter pecan ice cream I used to eat every night!

Actually no, I found that if I planned in a daily treat, I would overeat on the treat. For me, what works best is 3 solid meals a day, and no snacks. Especially no planned snacks. I can occasionally have a treat. Like yesterday we got our girlscout cookies, and I had a few and found I was satisfied.

However, I do need a weekly treat. I just posted a thread about McDonalds and I have made that a weekly treat guilt free. Worked this week for me!

Oh yes, a sugar free chocolate for me. Not every day maybe, but if I want one, I let myself have it...which is ok as long as there are no carbs.
