A Cutting Compass

Has anyone saw out, the compass that cuts instead of making a pencil marking? I am sure I saw one in a magazine some place. I live in Ontario Canada too.

i don't know if this is what you are talking about but the company ek success makes something called a circle scissor...if that is what you mean by compass. they also have something called a circle ruler, which does not cut...it traces a circle. i do have the circle ruler and have directions somewhere on that...if you want them email me.
