A CST# isn't the same as a PIN code, is it?

I got a brochure in the mail today from Disney Destinations and it listed "Walt Disney Travel Company CST#" followed by a 9 digit code.

Is this a PIN? I've never gotten one as this is our first trip we are planning and just wanted to know if this is what I ought to be keeping an eye out for in the future or if this is something different. I had thought that PIN codes were 16-digits? The dates for this offer aren't the dates we'll be traveling so it isn't a deal we can use anyways but I was curious
