he four of us (Me, DH & and the other couple we travel with) each had a flex feature to use. (Very
nice choices too!)
We went to the CSR gift shop to use them. Without
our permission, or knowledge, the Pepper Market had used one flex feature for a breakfast from each of our groups. (The PM used one flex in each party of two. We only had four flex features total to begin with.)
They used my flex feature for a $6.30 breakfast. And they used our friend's flex on a $17+ breakfast. It took quite awhile and three phone calls to straighten this out. And even then we had to pick up our selected flex feature at a later time.
I called the hotel manager, who said he would contact the Pepper Market manager. I was surprised
that I never got a phone call apologizing or anything. But they did leave the breakfast charges off our bill. (Considering the time we spent, was the least they could have done.)
We wonder how many guests loose flex features without even realizing it. They have no business using them without asking. Especially for such small amounts. And they used my flex feature on Wednesday and my friend's on Thursday. So it was
different days with two different parties. Not good odds!!
I just didn't want anyone else to miss out or their flex features! We got a clock that sells for $80 and a great (heavy) bronze tone picture frame and pin with our two features!
