a couple question for renters

Hi All,
We are considering renting points for an extended family vacation. In a perfect world we would get a studio AND a two bedroom at BCV. Would it even be possible to have that combination next to each other or very close to one another. Also, we will be there 6 nights....do any of you really miss housekeeping, clean towels etc? We are accustomed to value and mod resorts so it would be nice for this big step up.

Also, where are the villas in relationship to Beaches and Cream? (my favorite point of reference )

You can request near each other, but there are no guarentees. And sometimes the front desks idea of near each other is amusing (right above each other seperated by two flights of stairs).

Most DVCers don't miss housekeeping. I do, not enough to pay for it (you can get daily housekeeping if you want, can't remember the rates, but its alot to have your bed made!)

If this is an extended family vacation, why not go for a grand villa at SSR or OKW? Then you don't have to worry about being close by because everyone will be in one of the three bedrooms and you will have a nice large common area to gather in.
