A couple places I never hear about....

Hey gang. I am wondering about the Maya Grille @ CSR and Big River Grille @ BW. I don't remember ever having heard about them. What's the scoop?

There are some reviews for the Maya Grill around, I wrote one of them. We dined there in August. The food was excellent, as was the service. The portions were HUGH. My DH and I could have shared, and still been full. We would dine there again.

Ditto on the Maya Grille!
We ate there unexpectedly last year when we got into town late and didn't have the energy to drag into the parks. The food was yummy and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend it.

We ate at Big River Grille for lunch in October 2003, and it was yucky. My DH was happy about the beer but the food was like something from a lunch cart. Maybe someone has a more recent review that can shed some light. I'm happy to hear about Maya Grill though!

I have eaten at Big River 3 times. The first time was for dinner and I had salmon. It was very good. The second time was dinner and I had pork chops; seasoned well but kind of dry. The last time was for lunch and I had meatloaf. It was good but there was a TON of it and I wasnt that hungry. DD had a chicken pasta thing that she liked and DD's BF had a steak snadwich which he liked. So overall, not bad but not my favorite; not planning on returning soon.

My DS and I had lunch at Big River last June. Let's just say it was our first and last visit.
Not a Disney restaurant in any way except for the prices. The inside needs a good cleaning and upgrading. Too many good restaurants in the Epcot resort area to waste any time and money at Big River.

We ate lunch at Big River Grille a few years ago. It was ok, we never had a desire to go back.

We absolutely love Big River Grill, it's one of our new top favorites. We've been twice so far, and everything from the food, beer, to service was excellent. The portions are large, the quality high, great variety, and the beer is just tops! Much better than the majority of what you can get on Disney property. It's one of my most highly recommended places lately.

We ate a BRG once, and it was OK at best. It seems to be one of the most inconsistent places at WDW, which is maybe why it isn't talked about much.

Maya Grill seems to get consistently good reviews.

Ate at Big River back in September and it was excellent. I would and will eat there again. And the beer is delicious!
