a couple of questions about October

1) How are the crowds the week of 10-25 - 10-31?

2) Which would be more crazy at MNSSHP, the Friday before Halloween or the Sunday before?

Any other advice will be greatly appreciated...

I guess I will find out when you do! We will be there October 28 - November 6. We have our MNSSHP tickets for the 31st.

We have been there in previous years during that week and the crowds were very good. We only had to wait in short lines. The weather's great, it's our favorite time of year to go. We've never done MNSSHP so i can't tell you about that.

It's our first time going to. I am thinking we want to do a 2nd MNSSHP, but we will see.

We were there two years ago at that time, and the crowds were very manageable. Yes, it wasn't empty but we did just fine. And my bet would be that the Friday MNSSHP would be busier than Sunday. We've always found that the the Fridays are busier all month as opposed to any other days.

The crowds are manageable, but is busier than in years past for October. The weather is good, so they have added lots of things to draw more people - Food and Wine, MNSSHP, conventions, special weekends, etc. I would suspect that weekends will be more crowded.
