A couple of PPO ADR Questions

Hello! Our family is going to Disney World for the first time in September. We have an 8:40 at CP on our daughters 10th birthday. (It's a golden birthday! Turning 10 on the 10th!) I was so excited about getting photos on empty Main Street on her birthday like I had read about online!!! However, I just read that they are letting people into MK early. So does this mean no cool empty Main Street photos?

Also, we are staying at AKL. I have heard the transportation takes a while to Get to MK from AKL. Does anyone have any experience with getting to early ADRs from here? If so do you have any tips? The breakfast with Pooh (her favorite) is a special surprise and I don't want to miss it!
