A Couple of Old Key West Questions

Good morning!

• Is a deluxe studio the same as a standard studio for DVC rental? If not, what is the difference.
• What deluxe studio room would you advise I request and why please? I'm so excited!

There's no difference between a deluxe studio and a standard studio at OKW. OKW has two booking categories for studios - near Hospitality House, and standard (outside the designated buildings for the "near Hospitality House" category). All the studios are exactly the same - the only difference in booking categories is location. If you want to be very close to Hospitality House then book one in that category, if you don't care where you're located then the standard category is fine.

I just returned from a week at OKW and we were in building 28 (which is considered the standard category). We liked it because we were about a 3 minute walk from the Peninsular Rd. bus stop (which is the 1st stop) and about a 7 minute walk from the Hospitality House (where the main pool and boat to Disney Springs are located).

Hospitality House area is Bldg 11-14 and 23-26. Those are categorized as Deluxe Studio - Near Hospitality House. All the rest are just Deluxe Studio (not standard, not preferred). Standard studio is not a category at OKW.
