I didn't see this mentioned anywhere but I was just poking around the dining website and it seems you can now use it to book the chef's tables at Kouzzina and V&A (but not the Queen Victoria Room - baby steps). I haven't checked the website in a while but I'm pretty sure this wasn't the case a few weeks ago.
