I was amazed coming from PA on my 1st July 4th here what the general public were able to to with fireworks.... I think under the "guise" of scaring off birds that were a nuisance to crops or something like that in order to get the permit!
Seeing as how I live in PA around here the not supposed to have fireworks rule seems to go out the window. You cannot sell ground to air fireworks in PA as for launching them that is completely another story at least here. As everywhere I look the last night and tonight there have been fireworks.

Here are some pictures of fireworks from my backyard neighbor and the neighbor who launched them across the street, it was like a fireworks war tonight on and off for about two hours they went back and forth.
