So I am just going through this website. Decided to put my idea out there for group of people visiting the "World"

Perhaps if your trip is your 3rd trip and kind of got bored with the usual rides etc...perhaps before you go to the "world" or "DisneyLand" create a scavenger hunt for people, either per person or a group of people (2+)... Create a list of things to get (preferably free of course)... When your trip is over, have everyone sit down and see what they got and whoever has all or most of the items on the list, gets a prize (whether purchased at the World, or a coupon for FREE back massage.)

This way you have fun.
Free things Idea: Character Autographs, Learn a different language in Epcot (learn Hello in All Countries), Free Plastic Bag when you do purchase something...come on! we know you will!.... Etc.

Funny, there were some people doing this in the park this weekend. They asked me for one of the things they were searching for but I couldn't help unfortunately.

Napkin with Disney Logo - Celebration Button - Park Brochures - Sticker from Cast Member ( they give a lot of these out in different parks ) - extra points could be a pressed penny ( this does have a charge but it's nominal )

Just a few ideas....

Sounds cute! You could almost do a Bingo type thing too. "Caught in a downpour", "trapped by the parade", "ride breaks down when you're in line" ... you could do less negative stuff too :rotfl:

Hmm what else could you scavenge...

If you use the camera on the cell phone, you can add things like "pic with a cast member in front of ___________", pic of a water painted Mickey, 5 hidden Mickey pics, etc. The youth group does this kind of picture scavenger hunt and it's a lot of fun.

With a large group about a year ago, I as the planner extrodinaire I set up a Photo Scavenger Hunt. It was easy because a lot of people can do it because everyone has a phone or camera. The people in the group had to either take a selfie, or photo of an item or event that was appearing or occuring while we were down in WDW.
Examples
Take a picture of a Bat in Animal Kingdom.
Selfie with the Fire Chief in Magic Kingdom.
Picture of a Person in your group with a Cinnamin Bun in EPCOT
A selfie of the group while on a boat in Hollywood Studios.

Make it fun and interesting but slightly obscure.
The person with the most pictures for the day I had to buy them a drink at the end of the day.

Message me if you would like more help.

Some girls came up to my son at Disney Springs and asked to take a picture with him! They were doing a scavenger hunt and needed a picture with a tall person - he's 6ft 5in! He thought it was great!
