So I've just discovered my eggs froze in my refrigerator and have a slight crack. All the whites are icy. Can I still use them or no?

I'm making a cake and it needs 3 eggs. I'm down to 2 good ones and 3 frozen ones!

Thanks!

Usually I think that say that if they freeze, you should only use them if the shells are unbroken.

ETA: I think I've probably used eggs that froze and cracked a little. Is the membrane under the shell still intact?

Thanks. Only in one of them the membrane was still intact. The other 2 were broken and pretty much frozen to the carton.

go borrow 3 eggs from your neighbor.
