A concierge question I am not sure of....??

For our upcoming trip in August we will be staying 4 nights non-concierge and 5 nights with concierge....If I call the concierge staff at the BWI will they be able to book things for our entire trip or just the 5 nights we are staying concierge witht hem? (I would think the entire trip..)

I will be calling soon to find out but I was just wondering if anyone knew...

The pre-planning staff at the BW is excellent. You are going to be in very good hands. Usually as a courtesy to concierge guests who are splitting their stay, they will extend their services to cover your entire Disney vacation.

Have you received your pre-planning packet from them yet? They send out park maps, recreation guides, general information, resort info and even a concierge questionnaire. If you haven't spoken with them yet, I would definitely recommend dropping them an e-mail and introducing yourself. Alana, Amy, Angie & Lauren staff the desks here and they can be reached at WDW.YBBW.Concierge@disney.com. They were all truly amazing and helped make our December trip very special.
