Here is my situation. Last week we were at SSR and had a problem at the resort (long story). The manager there credited us one nights stay, which is 22 points, back to our account. It has gone into my 2008 use year. Problem is my use year is Feb. so it is past my window that I can bank into 2009. We will not be visiting again before the end of Jan. so these points do me no good. Yesterday I called MS to ask about banking them and the representative said that the computer would not let her bank them. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would ask for me. She came back and said that the manager said for her to fill out a form to request that the points be banked and that they would let me know and it could take up to 15 days.
My question is..........do you think that MS will bank them for me or is this going to be a lost cause?
