A commercial you see all the time for a product you will never buy

The ones with the sad, starving, dying dogs, I would really like to know if the donations actually help the dogs.

I agree, looked up that supposed charity and found that one of them uses 95% of the 'donations' to pay the 6 figure salaries of their top executives. Would NEVER donate a dime to those types of organizations. I think most people don't realize that the classification of a company as a 'non-profit' is mostly a tax dodge and employes can be just as highly paid as any 'for profit' company. People probably assume the workers are unpaid volunteers and that is not the case. There are probably legit non-profits, but many of them are little more then scams to get you to donate to them.

Commercials in general! With my husband working from home, he has an hour to blast the TV in the morning then again at lunchtime and it drives. me. nuts. Certain commercials tend to be louder--like car commercials, which make me want to climb out of my skin in the morning.

Can't agree more - the TV in our house never goes on before night-time....and only to watch specific programs - never as background. I get a headache just listening to the commercials and the mindless prattle. I am always thankful my husband feels the same way, now that he's home more.

I'm one of the few who actually miss relaxing elevator music in doctor's offices and waiting rooms - every one these days has those obnoxious talk and courtroom shows on loud with everyone staring at the screen like zombies. I always bring earbuds to block out the noise.

In the UK we have a lot of adverts for betting apps/websites which is terrible. One in particular is set to the song goodness gracious great balls of fire and irritates me every time it's on.

alfonso and his HIV meds - not the product which I'm sure is wonderful for those who need it, but the ad itself - constantly running. I'm. so. sick. of. alfonso.

Some ads are really annoying and completely unnecessary, such as advertising some unrealistic earnings on bets or a casino. Such advertisements irritate me and I just don't understand who believes them, but this is purely my opinion and maybe if the product is of high quality in this niche and it is advertised, it works... Well, who knows? I already took my words back once when I came across another Viagra advertisement and bought it at a pharmacy. It turns out it really works. :)

car shield....our recent purchased used car was financed by a company that takes on risky credit...there caveat is that the car has a 30,000 mile warranty program ...that we pay for or starbucks loses out on

I don’t even watch commercials anymore. I DVR everything I want to watch on tv and FF through all the commercials. I can’t stand all the crap my husband watches on tv so when he’s watching I read or use my tablet and ignore the tv.

Peloton
The Skippy commercial where the dog rips up everything
The one where the mom is chasing her daughter to eat one more bite then feeds her disgusting Kraft Mac and cheese
A bank commercial where people get paid 2 days early encouraging financial irresponsibility
