a budget question??

hi there everybody,

just a quick question. my family and i are coming over to dlrp 19 december for 4 nights and 5 days, will a budget of 600 pounds cover the time we are there?? its my daughters birthday while there so we want to have dinner somewhere special!!, and of course we want to bring back some souveniers!!

can anyone suggest a restaurant for daughters 9th birthday, she would like to go to cafe mickey, is there anywhere thats a bit special??!!

Personally I would think that amount will be perfect or maybe a little more as there are 4 of you.
As for restaurants for a 9 year old's birthday - Cafe Mickey is certainly great for meeting characters. Plaza Gardens on Main Street do a character tea as well where you can order a cake and the characters come and sing to the birthday girl.

The rainforest cafe is also pretty good for children.

Plaza Gardens Tea time with the characters is very good for Birthdays.

For a special girls birthday then character meal I'd agree would be the order of the day.
As it is probably busy when you are going then advance booking might put your mind at ease that another job is done.

You can order the cake at the hotel concierge, I think they're 22 euros. They will play the birthday song and make a real fuss, and all the characters that are out in the restaurant at the time will come over to play and dance. Also other kids tend to gather around to clap and dance. It's great!!
