Why don't people listen to you????????

We have got a new person started in our department at work and he has no experience of office working or the industry that we are in as he is straight out of uni. He asks you a question and then when you try to answer he looks at you like you have gone out and questions everything that you have said asking why we don't do it this way or that way etc. He obviously doesn't listen to a word that you say because the next day he asks the same question!!!!!

It's soooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrating!!!!!!

hehe im more controlled than yesterday. yesterday i nearly ripped one of the managers a new one and one of the operators too. but i caught my tounge. today im much more relaxed. through the countdown doesnt help yet because everytime i look at it i keep thinking 8 more hours of that im stuck HERE lol
