A Big Disney Dream Winner!!!!!

We ordered our Disney Rewards Card for our upcoming trip and when it came it said the initial card balance was $82,100!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! Guess what I'm going to buy -- more DVC points!!!! But, being the practical person I am, I call the Disney Rewards 800 number to verify our initial card balance which was about $82,042 more than expected and they totally ruined my dream. Our balance was not $82,100 but rather a measly $58!!!! Boo Hoo! No more DVC points on this trip!!!!

On the bright side though, we leave in 2 1/2 days for WDW!!!!

We just had the same thing happen to us. This was the first time we had requested our Disney Reward dollars and when the card came in the mail and it showed the balance of $80,000+ my mind started spinning. What could I buy at Disney for $80,000. My first item was more points, can never have enough. Asked my husband how many points could we get for that amount? Unfortunately when he called to tell them about the amount, he was told we only had $100. on our reward card. Oh well, it was fun to dream, for a short time.

This is too funny . I just checked my rewards balance today for our trip in Jan. I am at 77 right now. I would have died if it said as much as yours!

Wow I better go check my card. I just transferred my balance a couple of days ago. Maybe I'll get lucky (not).

My initial card just came with an "opening balance" of $39100 - I too called and it was a measly $74. There must be a glich in the printing of those papers the cards are attached to.
