We just moved last month and I noticed that our passports have our address in them from our old house. Do I need to be concerned about that? Do we have to have them done again? We are going to Florida in three weeks, so there is little time to do much ... will it be an issue at the border? We fly out of Buffalo, so need the passports just to cross the border, not at the airport.

Thanks!

You just write your address in, correct? That's how mine is. The passport office told me to just cross out your old address & write in your new one. Don't white it out, just cross it out & do your best to write in your new address. When we moved that's how I did both my hubby's & mine.

Here's teh link from passport Canada - http://www.ppt.gc.ca/support/faq.aspx?lang=eng&id=4003

As per Passport Canada:

A change of address does not invalidate a passport. Please cross out the old address on page 4 and write the new one in the space above the old address. Do not use correction fluid. If the space in the passport is insufficient, write the new information on a separate piece of paper and insert it into the passport.
