A ? About buy 3 get 1 DVD free

This fall I did the Disney buy 3 DVDs and send away for a free one. I did it early so I could get the Tigger Movie for my girls....they opened it for Christmas and it seems to be defective and I don't know what to do about it orwho to contact for help and all that stuff, so I thought I would ask here first and maybe someone could help me. Thanks.

Try to exchange it at a store that sells them....or contact Disney directly. The website where you register your DVDs may have further info. I sent in our Villian DVD and got a new one for $10.00 because DD stepped on it!
