9PM rule?

Can adults (parents) bring a teenager in with them to a City Walk entertainment venue (Say, Catch a Rising Star) after 9PM? Or do they clear the house of minors after 9PM?

If they serve booze,most of the nightclubs are 21plus after 9PM!!
As far as Rising Star it might be the same..
Someone will come along and set me striaght,but as far as I know this is the rule...

CityWalk's Rising Star (new name) is 21 to enter except on Thursdays when it's 18 to enter. The only "club" that allows teens is the groove and only on certain nights. The ages allowed those nights are 15-19 only and there is a cover charge.
