$99 rate for DCL????????

HELP!
I been seeing people mentioning about a $99 rate for the cruise. Can anyone give me ANY INFORMATION on this. Looking to book something and I would love to get this rate if possible.

This way a promotion offered to increase January bookings this year. If you booked a 7 or 4 night cruise in January, you could book a $99 cruise this fall.
