$99 one way Philly to orlando

I noticed that Air tran has my October date to Florida for $99. Is this a good rate? I was going to wait for Southwest to release October dates, but I would hate to pay more. I still need to wait for my return date in November to be released.

Check USAIR. I got $69 one way from Philly and was able to pick my seats right then and there. For the 4 of us it came out to $589 roundtrip and nonstop.

Wow - how did you get $69 on USAIR? I would love to go that way. We're looking for early Nov - waiting on SW to open up, but seeing their prices now, not holding my breath. USAIR only has flights at $139.

The Air Tran $99 isn't bad. I would be happy w/ that!

I know, they already raised their prices. I booked it over a month ago.

I checked US air and the $69 fares are gone. Does USAir have a system for monitoring low fares? Do they email specials or have a ding type fare alert?

I really would love to get flights under $99 + tax each way.

I'm not sure how they do it. I knew the dates I wanted to go but I was also flexible +-2 days so I checked the box for alternate days with lower fares and that's what I got. We're going in April though.
