I heard something about a $99 special for the tickets and hotel rooms for FL residents. Can someone please tell me what this special is?

I've seen a commercial on TV for Universal saying $99 PER PERSON per day for room and tickets. Depending on how long you're staying, it's cheaper to get the Entertainment rate and one of the pass specials going on now.
