I have been stalking the lines app in preparation for an upcoming trip...

8 mins for 7DMT but 97 mins for Astro Orbiter? True or error?

I would not consider 97 minutes for Astro Orbiter to be an aberration. I have waited 30 minutes for it (before Fastpass Plus) and I have seen the line more than twice that long (whereupon I decided not to get in the line then).

99% sure it's an error.
Considering it is a party night and that wait time was taken during the first parade, nothing is going to have a long line

But maybe it just became really popular tonight

Likely an error but it's in the norm for it to be a 30-60 min wait

It's very low capacity and slow loading, so it doesn't take much of a crowd to create a substantial wait. I could see it being over an hour quite easily.

For several years this was the most thrilling attraction our DD was willing to ride. In the days before FastPass of any kind we made a bee line for Star Jets/Astro Orbiter at rope drop. It only takes a few dozen people in line to push the wait times up to an hour.

Astro Orbiter is an extremely low capacity ride. The waits for it are regularly long. Especially when it breaks down.
