The flat rate box is any weight for one price. Good if you have smaller heavy type items for sale. It's $7.70 for Priority, but the boxes are too small for the things I sell (or more expensive than regular Priority).

The biggest change I have seen is if you accept PayPal you *must* accept credit cards. You can no longer only accept balance transfers and e-checks.

Hi C.Ann-
Yeah the Priority Flat rate boxes can be great, if the product fits. There are 2 sizes, one that is more like a rectangle and about 3 inches deep, another that is more squarish & deeper. They are $7.70 at this point in time.

And as the other poster mentioned, if you use the box to show that you accept PayPal, you must accept credit cards now.

Not much else has changed, good luck with your selling! :)

There is still a flat rate envelope also.

That's another thing to watch. I have ran into so many sellers here lately who still have the PayPal logo in their auction, but in their auction they state they only accept money transfers and e-checks, NO credit cards.

It seems Ebay isn't inforcing that rule yet, or hasn't gotten around to some sellers auctions.

Hmm, as I understood it, paypal required that all accounts be upgraded to accept credit cards when this change was made.

I hate it, personally.

I know someone who had her auctions yanked because she wasn't aware of the rule change and she stated she would only take existing Paypal funds. I assume somebody reported her, but you never know.
