Time is getting close.. How are the crowds down there right now? Has anyone stayed at the Tropical Palms Fun Resort this summer? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks!

I can't help with all your questions, but here's the little bit I do know. I'd try to call and get a PS seating for a character meal now. The phone lines open at 7AM EST...not sure what time they close. Even if nothing is available now, there are inevitably cancellations, so you might check it out even after you arrive at WDW. If your granddaughter is a big Pooh fan, the Crystal Palace at the MK would be great for her. Chef Mickey's also has a wonderful atmosphere and great character interaction. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale and Donald Duck were there for our visit last fall.

I haven't flown SW Airlines in several years, but I do know that you can take the stroller right up to the gate. They'll tag it and store it for you, then have it ready for you when you land. The carseat doesn't count as a carry-on item, either.

For ear problems, go to the drugstore and buy EarPlanes. They have adult and children sizes.
go to www.earplanes.com to get info on them. I put them on the kids right before take off. then they take them off and then I put them on again as the planes is descending.

The Car seat you can take on the plane and put it in her seat. Put the seat belt through the back of it like you would do in the car and tighten it. She will then sit in her car seat.

You can try for PS' anytime. You can also try when you get to guest service/ city hall areas in the parks. They are usually located at the entrance to the parks. Where did you want to take her? At this time of year you may also be able to walk up and get in.
