9 Most Unhealthy Things to Order in Restaurants

PF Changs is one of the absolute worst restaurants in America as far as health is concerned. Cheesecake Factory is up there, too.

And that is the reason I'm glad they don't have a PF Changs or Cheesecake Factory near me. They are so good and at an hour away I only go about once a year. I order whatever looks good and don't feel any guilt about it.

Now, if they were down the street, there would be some serious problems.

I LOVE any chocolate cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.

I'm thinking Five Guys for dinner tonight. I love Five Guys. A small fry is plenty to share between 2 people. I can't imagine one person eating a large!

Ding ding ding! Good Lord, that thing is delicious. It's also the first dessert I've ever had leftovers from. But man, were they fantastic.

No, the calamari is probably still on there. This is just a top list, it doesn't mean that anything not on this list is no longer bad. PF Changs is one of the absolute worst restaurants in America as far as health is concerned. Cheesecake Factory is up there, too.

"Eat This, Not That" books FTW.

Cheesecake factory has WAY too big portions. I get at least 2 meals out of one of their servings, and usually 3.

PF Changs is similar. One of their dishes is really meant for 2-3 people. They also have a lot of options that are better and have a really extensive gluten-free menu. As in any place, it's what you order and how you eat it that makes the difference.

Wow, something finally beat out the bloomin' onion and/or the loaded cheese fries with bacon and ranch dressing.....

And I'm so glad!! I was holding my breath!!

I am disappointed about 5 guys burger though.

I think this list is having the wrong effect on me - instead of putting me off these places, it's making me want to try them!!! We have a Five Guys just down the street and those fries look great!

I LOVE PF Changs but I agree that the portions are meant for 2 or more people, and it all depends on what you order (obviously I order the salt and pepper calamari and try not to think about it too much!)
