What sort of things should I buy for them? They will have use of my pens and coloring tools and my decoritive sizzors. They will be scrapping there vacation photos (possibly at a crop mom and I are attending at the scrapbooking store)

may I suggest that you check and see if children are allowed at the crop. some that I go to they are and some they are not.
As for what to buy my boys started with the 8x8 albums as it was a managable size for them. They each have a 12x12 but neither seem to want to try them.
Other things inexpensive adhesive (ad tech), their own siscors, and my boys LOVE the $1 stamps and ink pads and glitter glue (needs lots of drying time)

other than that I can't think of any at the momement

Then 1st off have fun but plan to get not much of your stuff done :rotfl:

Second bring just a few pics for them so they don't get over whelmed. I find to many choices they don't know what to work on.

3rd paper paper and more paper in all sizes and colors they seem to LOVE it.

have fun

headphones and music!!! Keeps my kids occupied at times.

lots of stickers and stamps. DS9 said a cricut, lol. I've trained him well!

I'd second stickers - they're DS(10)'s embellishment of choice:thumbsup2 Also, have a look through any swap stuff and see if there's pieces you might not use - DS has been in a couple of swaps, and he likes using bits I have left over (if there's too many bits in a kit to fit my page/photos) - it makes them see their pages differently (otherwise they can get frustrated that "Mummy has cool stuff and I don't") - maybe cut some bits of paper into suitable sizes for mats etc.

I figure I will get alot done cause the kids are big into scraping (the 9yo helps me make most of mine). Thanks for the suggestions. There going to be making 8 by 11 albums since they fit nicley in there bookcase (so they can show them off). There terribly excited that Im giving them rolls of film and camreas and letting them take there own photos (and of course I let them pick some of mine they want too).

My DS has made his own scrapbooks for about 4 years. He loves, fancy scissors, stickers, letter stickers, lots of tape runners, brads, and pens. If he were going to a crop I would be sure to bring along his Nintendo DS because he crops so much faster than I do. Another thing I make certain he has is enough photos. He has a tendancy to scrap everything, so I make certain his photo stack has good photos. He has his own camera and if he only takes his photos, he misses set up shots.

whats a tape runner? I use those peely sticky blue tab leaving things. my girls are pretty good with photography (they learned from me) but they will also have access to mine. We awalys share (they raid my suplies too:headache:)

I have 2 different kinds of adhesive "tape" ad tech I get at walmart and the glue glider pro I get from online since I have NOTHING for stores around here.

I used to use the blue tab things now I use this:
