Great goodies. What fun that must be. :woohoo:

Chipper and Sandy what a great shirt!!!! :thumbsup2

Still no Doc Dance. :sad2: :rolleyes2 :sad1:  :scared: If I do not get them by Monday, I am going to call.

I had to call Disney, as Lisa received her docs twice!! They told me that documents were sent 3 day premier or something on the 17th...

I am counting on getting them Monday or Tuesday... :goodvibes

Good Morning All - Went out last night and bought DH a tux. I was going to rent one but since we have 3 cruises booked in the next 18 months I figured it was smarter to just buy it.

I finally got to Staples and got magnetic paper so I can print all those great magnet designs for my door. Still no fish extender but Im hoping to get to that tomorrow.

As far as my familys favorite characters:

Ginny - I dont really have a favorite - I like them all.
DS - Chip and Dale
DD - Stitch
DH - Jiminy Cricket and Jessica from Roger Rabbit

I am off to SeaWorld today for my team outing from work. Should be lots of fun.

I'm also trying to decide on party food --- I'm thinking really simple since some of you have Early dining! Platters of fruit and cheese? With maybe something sweet thrown in????
I need to get back to my TA -- she sent me the food list from DCL this morning.... My TA is also a really good friend and she is sooo wishing she could go with us! :teeth:

Stepht- Most wine tastings we have been to have cheese, crackers, bread and water (all to help cleanse your palate).

When people hear about the cruise we have lots of people asking to be adopted or stow away in our luggage. Alex

Good morning,

I just signed up for 4 excursions for me and Ally... :Pinkbounc

Antigua- I decided to go through Disney for their Beach Adventure...

Barbados...Ocean Park and Swim

St. Lucia...Beach Getaway

St. Thomas...Magens Bay Beach Break

I am not sure what Lisa and McKinley are doing just yet....

I booked all beachy stuff, as I really don't think Ally would like touring the islands, lol...

One question though...

I have all my confirmation numbers and such...but they didn't ask for payment?? Does it just get billed to the cabin? I thought I would have to prepay online??

The fish extender picture was the first time I had a good reason to post a picture. Now that I have that figured out let me introduce you to my family.

Here is my DW Staci, DSs Brody, Kade, and Blaine (Blaine is staying with grandma and grandpa during the cruise)

Brody and Kade are ready for formal night!!

Your family is ADORABLE!!!!!

I'll post some pics of the rest of mine in a little bit -- in my sig it is Me, Claire (5) & Samantha (15, Pirana).

That's pretty much what I thought, too. Thank you!

It will be billed to your cabin. hth

I have been reading posts about other Dis meets and this is something I thought we should consider --

We've held ours at 3pm on deck 10 overlooking the goofy pool. We tried one at sailaway one time and you couldn't hear because of the party plus everyone else on the ship was there at the same time.

Where/when have others here held their Dis meets once onboard?

No doc dance here yet either. :sad2:

Whazzapp: what a great pic of your family! Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see a slideshow of them after the cruise. Also nice job on the fish extender! :thumbsup2

Thanks Steph...

It does help. I am used to having to pay in advance for excursions booked on cruises...but I haven't sailed a DCL cruise yet!

:Pinkbounc

I was thinking the same thing...it dawned on me a couple of days later that they didn't ask for a chrage card when booking the excursions. I thought that was strange :confused3

I'm glad you asked...

The passporter says something about being able to watch for dolphins somewhere as we leave...that might be a good spot; but then we will miss the characters at sail away. Maybe we should just pick a certain side of the pool or something. Since many of us have posted photos (ok...not me ;) ) we should be able to recognize people. :teeth:

This being our first cruise with Disney...I would really like to see the festivities deck side....

Also...I didn't see if this was discussed...but it occured to me this morning...as I am traveling with my daughter and daddy is staying home...sorry honey ( not really!!)

If you are traveling with a child without both parents...you need to have a notarized letter signed by that parent giving permission to take the child out of the country...and provide medical treatment as necessary. I have had to do this before with my 2 older children....from my first marriage....
I did up a letter this morning, and sent Brian off to the town hall to have it signed and notarized.

I have only been asked for it once...I usually just take it out with all my documents...they see it, glance...etc. But, if you don't have it, and they ask for it...you could be denied boarding.

Just thought I would pass this along...and if it has already been discussed, I apologize for doing it again...lol...

I know with us it was so crowed, you couldn't MOVE.

Depending on the weather, we could meet at the front of the ship on deck 10 befoe the sail-away party. It could be windy if the wind is up. There wasn't alot of people out there on our cruise, but I don't know about other cruises.

The best place to see them are up on deck 10. Sometimes they are running in front of the ship. Sometimes they are playing in the wakes behind. LOL it just all depends on the dolphins. I'm sorry, but I won't be pool side. It's like a can of sardines down there!!! :crowded: EVERYONE is wanting to be down there. As for the characters you can get up close to them from Deck 10 also. Goofy walked right by us on his way to the stage.

Disney also has one on their website that you can print out and just fill in the blanks.

The 2 I went to were on deck 10 at 3 by the Outlook bar. Then we finish up in time for the lifeboat drill.
