Well, the only positive (?) thing i got out of that disturbing story is that “trashy, uncivilized idiots” exist in other countries too.

Yes, the US doesn’t have the exclusive rights. Sadly, road rage incidents and obnoxious behaviour is wide spread. I blame reality shows and soap operas for normalising it.
