9:30pm HDDMR Transportation in Sept?

We have ADR's for the 9:30pm HDDMR on a Monday in September. My question is: Will buses still be running from Fort Wilderness to DTD and then from DTD to All Star Music after this show is over? My concern is that there aren't any parks open past 9:00pm this particular night. I believe buses stop what two hours after the park closes? Any and all info is appreciated.

More convenient than that - there will be buses near Pioneer Hall, and CMs directing HDDR Guests to the proper bus. Transportation is provided directly back to the various resorts following both this and the 7:15 show, but each bus will/may go to several resorts.

You need to find out MK hours for the night of your HDDR ADR. Buses typically run from MK 1 hour after park closing. But if it is an EMH evening at MK, those buses could be running until 1 AM or later. So finding out MK's closing time is crucial. If its buses are still going, I'd just take the boat to MK and then bus to ASM.

If MK buses have stopped running, I'd frankly call a taxi rather than waiting for that DtD bus, which can take forever to show up, and still would require another bus ride over to ASM. The buses to DtD will probably still be running, but it's just something I wouldn't wait around for when taxis are an option.

We went 2 years ago to this 9:30pm show and didnt see any buses other than the one for DTD? Can you or anyone confirm this information?

I appreciate you trying to help but sady it doesnt look like you read my post as I said all parks will be closed by this time and the latest one open is Epcot with a closing time of 9:00pm. The EMH is DHS with the park hours closing at 7pm.

I read your post thoroughly. If DHS has EMH starting at 7 PM, the park will close at 10 PM, meaning DHS transportation will be running until at least 11 PM, and probably later.

If the direct-to-resort buses aren't there (I think they will be, though), you would probably be able to use DHS as your hub.

Disney isn't going to strand a large number of guests at a planned event. If all the parks are closed with no transportation going to them, WDW will have special transportation to/from things like HDDR, the Luau at the Poly, etc.

Thank you for your follow up!

The buses to the resorts were running in February after the 7:30 show.

Thanks for the first hand report!

Just to confirm/clarify. Yes there are buses going to resorts(several resorts will share one bus) after the two late HDDR shows. These buses leave directly from the Settlement bus depot(the one closest to HDDR). Buses to Epcot, DHS, AK, and DTD leave from the Outpost bus depot, to get to Oupost from HDDR you will need to board any FW internal bus at Settlement and ride out to Outpost.

Yes, after the 9:30PM show there were at least 4 busses waiting and CM's were directing folks to the right bus. No need to transfer to a park unless you want to.
