9:30am ADR on a 9:00am park opening

Will I be able to enter the magic kingdom before 9am opening for my 9:30am ADR?

Probably not. They only let you in 15 mins before your adr when the park is closed. So since your adr is after the opening, they will most likely make you wait until the park is open.

I would highly doubt it since it's not necessary. You would have no problem arriving the requested 15 minutes before your ADR if you enter at RD. Or even 5-10 minutes after RD.
