Well, it's official. We're off to locations unknown. Thanks to the weather we'll be sunning ourselves at Castaway Cay on Sunday. After that, it's anyone's guess. We've heard Puerto Rico thrown around but who knows.

If anyone is interested, I'll post updates here.

Cool!!! I've been on a Mystery Cruise before and it turned out to be a blast! :)

Please do post updates and let us know where you end up. Very fun to START the cruise with Castaway Cay -- enjoy!

Sometimes doing not exactly what you planned can turn out to be a blast. I hope this is the case for you. Please keep us posted; I'll be curious to hear your views on where you wind up. Who knows it could be us one day.

I would LOVE a mystery cruise... Nassau is so yucky!!!!

This is the Western Cruise so they would normally be in Key West on Sunday, Grand Cayman on Tuesday, Cozemel on Wednesday, and Castaway Cay on Friday.

Thanks for keeping us posted!
One question... Is there a mad dash of people needing to cancel non-Disney excursion reservations? Is DCL helping them out with that? (e.g.phone or email access)
Thanks. Have a great time!

Oh that sounds like so much fun! I'd love to make it to San Juan again! I thought that the hurricane threats were in the Atlantic this time, not the Western Caribbean. Go figure!

Have a great sail--and please do keep us updated. I'd love to hear where you end up!

Ben & Renee,

Sounds like you are in the right spirits for it. What fun to start the trip at Castaway Cay. Here's hoping your mystery cruise is a fun one and please do give us updates.

How fun :)

We just returned yesterday and were told at one point that we may end up in Puerto Rico but the weather cleared and we stayed with the itinerary. It was a wonderful cruise and I really didn't care where we ended up!

Have a great time :)

I would love to go on a mystery cruise, please let us know where you end up and have a great time!

It looks like another DIS'er made it here before me but the plans are Puerto Rico on Tuesday with St. Thomas on Wednesday and a 2nd go around for Castaway Cay on Friday.

Not too bad. Two Castaway Cay days for the price of a regular cruise!

The schedule is as follows.

Sunday- Castaway Cay
Monday-Day at Sea
Tuesday-San Juan
Wednesday-St. Thomas
Thursday-Day at Sea
Friday- Castaway Cay again.

Two days on Castaway Cay, WOW! We should all be so lucky. Is it smooth sailing so far? No green faces since you're avoiding the storms? Have fun!

My wifes two favorite islands are Castaway Cay (of course!!) And St. Thomas.....she absolutly loved Meagans Bay. You guys are lucky.....Have Fun!!!!

Ok, it's official. DCL can change their first port day on the eastern cruises to Puerto Rico. Very nice port facilities and very clean yet historic city. We skipped the "guided" tours and set off on foot for several hours and had a blast. My only regret is not knowing we were going here first.

It's off to St. Thomas in the morning for another hike.

:) I always sail in September in hopes of the Mystery Cruise :) Missed it by one week this time, but still had a blast on my sailing. Anyway, I thought you should know that all the Carnival cruisers over at one of the other message boards posted that the Magic never left Port Canaveral...They had said that the ship was still in Port as they saw it on the cruise cams and that they never made it to Key West with the Pride. I tried to explain that the ship they saw at Port Canaveral was the Wonder (not the Magic) thanks for posting the new route as they were all worried about you guys) :) Hope you have a great trip....
