9/18/07 not in my Itunes?

Am I doing something wrong? I see that the new podcast is up but it is not in my itunes?

I'm so not a tech person, but wanted to let you know that I got it from iTunes, so it isn't them.

No, wait. Every single time I call for anything, no matter what it is, they tell me the same thing. Turn everything off. Unplug it. Wait one minute. Plug it back in. Turn it back on. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall something (doesn't matter what, because it won't work anyway!)
