8am Itinerary input needed

Hi:

Interested in your thoughts on 8am arrival at Magic Kingdom on Wednesday, June 27. Here's what I have gathered from everyone's comments:

1) Ride Space Mountain
2) Ride Nemo
3) Fast Pass for Indiana or Splash
4) Ride Pirates or Thunder Mtn (depending on waits)

I'm going with 2 teenagers - so the thrill oriented rides are defintely a priority.
But I don't want to miss Nemo either.

Also, if a friend buys the Southern California resident's annual pass (220 days), does he get to hop?

My DD likes to head straight to Matterhorn when the park opens. I usually pick up the fast passes for Space while she rides Matterhorn one or two times.

Yes, your friend with the So Cal pass can hop all he wants!! He won't need to get his hand stamped when leaving either park because he has an AP.

I'd do Nemo first--that line will be getting very long very quickly.

We are going on Wednesday..I usually do Fantasyland first..but this year we are heading straight to Nemo...

Get a fp for space on your way to nemo. More then likey when you get off nemo your time for space will be up. You can choose at that point to either ride space or head over to get the fp for Indy. You can use your fp anytime after the return time, it doesnt have to be in the "window" given on the fp.

What ever you do, ride nemo first! The line will get long early and stay that way all day.

I agree- you will want to do the rides that do not have a Fast Pass first. Matterhorn and Nemo will not. Pirates will not- but pirates is a faster moving ride than Nemo will be.

Just make sure that you get a space mountain fp early they tend to run out quickly

Get there early, be at the gate by 0745 at the latest, make sure 27 June isn't an EE day...

8am Get FP Space (1 person can do this while the others go line up for Nemo)
Ride Nemo (by the time you get off Nemo you will be able to get another FP)
9am Get FP Splash (1 person while the others line up for Mattahorn)
Ride Mattahorn
Ride Indy (If queue isn't outside Indy FP is no faster)
Ride Pirates
11am Get FP BTMRR (1 person while others line 4 HM)
Ride HM
Ride Splash using FP
Ride Space using FP
Queues will be starting to get a bit out there by now and you cant get another FP until 1 pm so now is a good time to grab a bite to eat, shop, go out to pirates lair etc, as soon as you are able (the time you can get another FP is printed on the bottom of the FP...) get another FP

We often rode BTMRR without a FP especially late at night, if you can't see the end of the queue its usually less than 15 min. At night it was straight on so you may not want to waste a FP on that early on...

Splash and Space FPs are usually closed by 4pm (meaning you can't get one) These lines are regularly out to over hour and sometimes even two...

Buzz has FP but you don't really need it if the line is single out to the Astro orbiter... This line moves quickly.

No FP for Mattahorn ride early or late, queue is usually only 10 minutes after 10pm.

If you want to Peter Pan then ride early, we went in one non EE day and rode all FL in less than an hour including PP twice!
