8am Alershus and Test Track FP ?

i am doing my fast passes tonight, and I have an 8 am breakfast at Akershus. Do you think I can get to TT early enough to not get a FP and have minimal wait? Or should I get a FP?

Our plan is do an 8am Akershus, get to Test track as quickly as possible (leaving restaurant by 9am), and then set up a Soaring FP for 10am.
