I know that Mo, T, and I all have it planned for the 26th if they have it.

I mentioned it to Waldo and TE and they want to come too!

If they are different dates we are going to be doing some major plan changes

OMGosh, I got a postcard from WDW today saying I can save 30%. Whoopee. I can't wait to call to see how much I save over my current reservation. I hope AAA accepts this promo.

If you've booked with AAA - your discount is probably the standard 15% - so this is even better! Your TA should accept it.

Morning, all.

Thoughts on The Spirit of Aloha show at the Poly?...............

I went there when I was like 8 or so and my memories was that it was so cool with the fire dancers and lots of hip shakin. We went in Aug and it just wasn't the show I remembered. There was still some hula dancing and one fire dancer at the very end, but the rest was some goofy skit. The food was really good and plentiful, but our seats not so good. We were in cat 1. They have several rows of tables almost semi circle around the stage. We were the 4th row in at the very end of the row. I think each row was 4 tables that seat 4 on each side. We were all situated; could see relatively well and then I think a member of the Swedish women's basketball team was seated next to us. She completely blocked our view. So everyone up, we rearranged seating, but still couldn't see. I almost asked for our food to go, but we stayed. DS8 ended up going to sleep. The good thing is that during the skit there wasn't much to see anyhow. We were able to shift enough to see the hula dancers and fire dancer. We may go again someday, but will request Cat 2.

We've been twice and we all loved it. The girls danced and danced and had a good time (BA had a Lilo outfit and Ab had a Mickey surfin' dress at the time). Back then, if you called 2 years in advance, you could have great seats!
I'll probably book it for the next time......we thought it might not be as fun in Winter!

We are doing it this trip. Dh was really into the idea, esp including the beer part. We paid OOP tho so as not to use up valuable TS credits! LOL. I'll report back!

She gets in front of me ALL the time! Movies, shows....but when I need her to get something off the top shelf at WalMart.....she's no where to be found!

Kate my family really enjoyed HDDR the food was good, just ribs and chicken so simple but good and the girls just laughed and laughed, they want to go again I want to do something different!

Don't get me wrong, the food was good and as S'late said the show was ok but not wow, but for that price and for the amount of TS credits, not worth it. I guess it's good to do once.

We skipped the dance parties last year and concentrated on the treasure hunt and the rides. I think this year we will try to do at least one of them. Probably the one in Tomorrowlan becasue that is where Stitch, Chip and Dale are and they are Jimmy's favs! How did you find them on You Tube? Did you just search Pirate & Princess Party?
